  1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
    • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Only non-customized items are eligible for returns and refunds.
    • Customized items, such as personalized products, engraved items, or items made to order, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. This includes merchandise where the customer selects the logo color and sport.
    • Sale items are not eligible for returns.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@totaldominationsports.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • When you email us about returns or exchanges, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
    • Ensure that the returned item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or damaged.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited to your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized items, including personalized products, engraved items, or items made to order, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
    • Gift cards, digital downloads, and clearance/sale items are also non-refundable.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately so we can assist you.
    • We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs or a detailed description of the damage or defect, to initiate the return/exchange process.
    • We will either replace the damaged or defective item or provide a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
